You cannot get service. I had to constantly get up and walk to the waiters all hanging around and talking and ignoring the customers. On top of that the food was bad sugary sweet onions almost no filling in the wraps and sour smoothies. I tried to give this place a second chance but it's clear that the Manager is entirely absent and the staff don't give a flip. Clearly they don't need their tips? Cheers

Horrible service, waited long for service. Had to fetch our own menus. Waited long for food. My burger could have been great if I received it sooner, but it was standing so long to keep it warm, the bun was a rusk. My wife ordered salad and got chips. Nobody checked up to see if we were OK.

Not a good experience.

If there was a zero rating then that would be mine. I ordered wings and ribs yesterday. I got 1 and half wings. The ribs were over cooked the side pieces of the ribs was rock hard and the bottom was burnt. The waitress had a look of complete disinterest.Could not find her time to pay and had to go up to the counter to pay. The ladies there didnt even see where I sat,even though there was only a few people there..My wife does not like confrontation so i could not send the order back at the time just to keep the order. I guess this is my first and last time at this scummy place.

A normally good experience however it seems it has deprecated quite rapidly since our last visit.

The entire restaurant is in a severe need of a clean and maintenance. Upon our visit, i went to the toilet however walked straight out as the floors were sticky, my partner informed me the males toilet had feces on the floor which wasn't cleaned at all during the course of the duration of our visit.

Kids play area equipment badly dilapidated, wooden board covering the plastic jungle gyms broken step, artificial grass is pulling up and requires attention. Serviettes, food and litter left by waiters on the floor and hadn't been cleaned at all during our visit.

We ordered our food, kids: fish nuggets and chips and then 2 avo,feta and bacon tramizinis which were tasty however the kids received fish fingers (not nuggets) placed order for a strawberry daiquiri after 45mins waiter informed me they had no spirits. This when i decided enough is enough and left.

Step it up management!!

Love this venue and the service. 3 stars because no vegan, minimal vegetarian and minimal low carb choices. Come on guys, get with the times, need to cater to a wider market

Has reasonable prices on food. Their food is always fresh and has excellent service

Food was good and value for money. Higene is a problem. Tables, cutlary and crockery is dirty. Waiters need to wash hands regularly
