Shane is an excellent coach that is focused on teaching you the fundamentals of Boxing????and giving you a seriously hectic workout. I didn't know anything about footwork or even how to throw a proper punch before i joined. Slowly I'm noticing myself improving and it's all thanks to Shane for making sure that you're doing everything correctly. The workouts are tough. It's going to feel like you showered in your own sweat. You'll be doing a lot of rigorous excercises with short breaks to build stamina. Come prepared both mentally and physically. If you haven't been training at all it's going to be a very nice challenge for you. I've been going consistently now and i really look forward to every workout. I'm doing both boxing and weightlifting but boxing is hands down the best cardio i could ever incorporate into my fitness routine. It's awesome. Everyone is friendly as well. Come through if you want to enjoy some boxing????
