The classes are held by a really welcoming and friendly couple. They are really patient with beginners. This is a great workout with the bonus of learning to defend yourself.

Teaches you to defend yourself from various fighting styles. And they have 3 medics on floor so I'm feeling very safe.

Great friendly instructors and very informative when it comes to being in a bad situation that could help with self defending against weapons and physical combat, etc
