Always out of stock on their app for Big Macs? We wanted to purchase for all of our staff... guess Burger King gets my order today.

Step it up guys. Missing orders this large due to poor platform management isn't a good look for a franchise of this magnitude.

The lady who took our order was very rude, her service was a nightmare. We asked her why we buy the same meals on different days and the price keeps changing, sometimes up and sometimes down. She said we should not ask her that, instead we should apologise to her. I asked to see the manager and the manager said he was not coming outside, they shut the order window in our faces. We ended up cancelling the order, because clearly our money was not useful to them.

The quality of service is awful. Many times I've reported an issue of missing items in my order. The presentation of food poor. They never have enough cutlery or cups.

Rude staff. Average food at best. Play area was not functioning which was actually the only reason we stopped there - because my kids wanted to play. The tape around the play area looks like it has been there for a long time. When will it be fixed? Also, the display of happy meal toys was not what we got and when asked why not the lady grudgingly told me they were finished (card sets)
So why have it in your display then?
It really sucks when corporations such as McDonald's care more about their pockets than their consumers.
Really sad actually.

I'm very disappointed with their service and robbing clients doesn't cut it, l paid for Large mcfeast only to find out they gave me medium,there were just do many mistakes, McDonald's you have just lost a client..

Poor service the orders take a lot of time especially when you ordering inside, they priority is drive though and people inside wait for over 15 - 30 minutes, soo disappointed for 3 time something must be immediately

Poor service that I have experienced no more coming back again especially from the driver that was supposed to deliver my food, he just tend back with my food because of he spilled m y drink I m very angry ???? ???? ???? I want my money withing 24hrs...
