Terrible service and the staff are very aloof, forgetful and slow. Coffees were cold when they came and orders not completely correct. Food was generally decent and of the standard you expect from Nandos. The staff need to be properly managed so they provide good service which would be appreciated and make you want to come back.

We ordered takeaways today. The meal showed up with no rice (which was part of the order and paid for). Upon phoning the restaurant (Goldman Crossing) we were told it is not their problem, we need to talk to Mr Delivery to get a refund, which we did and Mr Delivery arranged for a replacement. We also ordered Churros with chocolate sauce. Churros delivered but no chocolate sauce. What a let down. Will never order from them again.

The food is very inconsistent. More often than not, there's only 3 strips of chicken in a pita that's so poorly constructed that it's falling apart. Recently there's hardly any salad in the pitas either. Not worth the price.

I'm officially done with Nandos. The food quality is pathetic!My supper this evening was a disaster. I'm done with the bad service, high price tag, small portions and poor quality food. Goodbye Nandos!

The nandos manager is absolutely horrible.
The food quality has decreased and the manager is completely terrible....just lost loyal customers

Poor poor service, delivery was more than 30mins late, wrong drinks delivered, wrong flavours of food, wrong meal (vegetarian) cutlery and condenments for only 2 instead of 4 meals. Food was cold. Customer Service not helpful, Manager also non existant.

Just ordered at Nandos this evening and I just had an unfortunate encounter with an employee by the name Matsebula, gave me an attitude and apparently its because he is about to knock off. First bad experience I've had at this restaurant...People should resign if they don't want to work, there are many who would like the opportunity to be employed.
