I was so disappointed by the worst service.On the 12th of December I experienced great service from Pep Cell Braamfontein was so convinced to buy a Cellphone, however I did not have money at that time.So the following day I went to Cosmo city PEP to my utter surprise the stuff was rude and so unwelcoming that I took my money and went to buy from Ackerman's.Did not see the name tags but when I asked for the names one of them with short hair said is the manager and her name is Busi.Definitely would not recommend you guys,it's best you train the staff to respect their jobs by welcoming customers properly.Now they gave Ackerman's a customer

Cashier disrepected me when i asked for a carrier bag after my purchase and she decided to tell me this"im not the 1 who got u pregnent"i was surprised on what's that got to do with anything and she threatened to come and beat me after the transaction,the manager didnt even bother to show up I'll never go to that store,poor service ever the name of the cashier was Marian

I visited cosmo city mall PEP stores 2 weeks ago,talk about bad service,Pep store home,price on the tag u0026 system not the same,cashier very casual as if nothing is happening u0026 normal about the issue.Pep store clothing just opposite also has its own issues,trolleys not allowed in,had a 2yr old on a pick n pay trolley with some groceries in u0026 was not allowed to take it inside with me,so what is the solution for this matter,do I just go or expected to leave my child outside?I really don't understand how business goes with such rule because after all you are a business and serving people who have not only come specifically to your shop but the mall in general -please improve your service
