Completed my first online purchase with Sportsman's Warehouse- it was the most efficient shopping experience ever- from ordering to confirmation of order to packaging to shipping to delivery. I was informed of every step. When I received my order at the store- excellent staff- package was ready- no fuss- when I opened the very neat package- it was so beautiful and so very personalized with a sticker "Hand packed and cared for by Steven" every item neat and looks so precious. Sportsmans warehouse retail crossing should employ a knowledgeable person that knows how to restring tennis rackets. Had 2 of my rackets restrung on the 2 March 2022. They broke the same evening. They need to knkw how to tension according to what the customer wants not just come up with a random tension number just because it says on the racket.
