I paid for petrol on 18 May. The systems were down, but my transaction went through. They made us pay cash anyway. I tried to get my refund today after providing all the evidence and they won't refund me! I will open a case of theft and fraud. Disgusting service by the owner!

So - the email address provided has returned an error! Can't even get that right. Seriously TotalEnergies - you're just digging a deeper hole! I want my refund... make it happen! I've reached out on Twitter to you and have received NO RESPONSE!

Airtime is being sold with an extra 1 rand, for one to buy a 15 rand airtime they want 16 rand. I don't if their license allow them to do such a day light robbery, like a spaza shop. Please management look into this matter, service providers won't be happy if they are to be informed of such a thing.

Excellent customer service, petrol attendants are friendly and very charismatic, always ask for dischem card etc. Never really had to wait to be attended to here. ????
