Really poor service.... Waiting over two hours for one large pizza? Are you serious? And just plainly horrible customer support actually zero customer support. Paid online just to wait over two hours for a pizza made in a store 2.5km away? Even paid for delivery. Come on. Would give even less than a one star rating.

Poor service, rude and unprofessional employees and over all poor performance from staff. I have had too many wrong orders or orders that just don't get delivered and orders that take hours to arrive. This is poor service and it needs to get looked at. If I have to deal with one more rude employee I am going to freak out. It is just unacceptable...

Stood by the counter for about 5 minutes as the only customer at that time
Was ignored while the staff was sorting some matter with cash money amongst themselves.Eventually I enquired who will serve my order and was told by the lady on the right that the one on the left will attend to my order.
After some action on the keyboards I was asked in a distant manner what my order will be which I had to repear 3 times.
30 minutes later collected my order but feel that the attitude in this Debonairs was not as proffessional as I have always experienced in

many other parts the country

It was OK they took quite long this particular day but the food got her ein one pice still fresh and hot and tasty

Ordered 17:40 (and was told it would take 30-40 minutes) and after NUMEROUS calls without any answer, only received it at 20:15 - TWO HOURS AND THIRTY FIVE MINUTES LATER!!

The driver had the audacity to refuse giving me the pizza unless I pay first..!

Paid for extra toppings that was not added!!

Sick and tired of Debonairs Service. The driver accuses the shop, the shop accuses the call centre - GET A GRIP and take responsibility!!!!

Please contact me ASAP!!

I'll be real, I've never had a problem with this debonairs joint. Collection or delivery, they always did the right thing, and quality of the pizza has never disappointed me. Tip the drivers!
