Received a bad service and got half of the work which I required done cause the staff wanted to knock off! I'm never going back there

Changing our tyres took much longer than they told us. Not all Covid protocols were followed. All staff drank from 1 plastic cup at the water dispenser. Waiting room should be upgraded. Competitive pricing was the main reason for the 3 star rating.

Had a tow bar fitted to our Kia vehicle. Turned our to be a after market part. Bent on our 1st trip with caravan. Had to have caravan stored at vacation town. Hi Q stil won't acknowledge there is something wrong much less rectify it

It was an awesome experience going to Hi-Q. When I arrived there I was greeted with friendly staff. 2x Tyres had a valve problem as well one nail in.
I was stressed from driving with the tyres. I could not even drive on the ramp.
This friendly guy working there drove it up and listened patiently as I frankly tried to explain he must check all tyres and fix the 2 flat ones and fit it back on the car.
He told me to go and sit down in the lounge and relax he will take care of all my requests.
I can recommend Hi-Q Rustenburg anytime.
They were busy and adhered to Covid regulations too.
Thanks to all staff and management who helped me.
