I was using my own data no breakfast. Lot of noise from other visitors with car radios

The place was smelly like it was booked for tlof tlof(SX) during the day the sheets were brown and white ..and it also wreaked and smelt like they were using the room as a smoking contest
..the was also a spider web in the shower only 1n dirty towel 1 cooffe sachet with no powder milk....,woo the kettle was very dirty it looked like it hasn't been 2washed in months..pictures are really decieving..I must say.its expensive for nothing..

Rooms were dirty,walls are dirty and has spider webs, everything was broken, towel torn and staff had attitude..

I had to ask for my refund because I couldn't sleep in a dirty place

It's super clean , safe, secure and serene but the room I was in, bed base can be renovated because every little movement caused a squeak which affects sleeping pattern.

If there was a rating lower than 1, I would give it to them. Unprofessional staff, including the manager. If you ask to speak to the manager don't think that you will get assistance. I arrived whilst there was no power. No one bothered to explain anything to me. I had a deadline and made alternative means to find another place. The manager told me I was being unreasonable. I ended up not sleeping at the place. However, rooms were not clean, no sanitisers in bedrooms. Pictures make this place look amazing. I would save my money and go somewhere else than to book a room here.

We arrived at the place. The receptionist didn't have a masl on. We were given a room, when we got in there were no lights and no communication was given to explain why. They said it's "self catering" however nothing shows otherwise. We cancelled our booking but the staff was rude including the manager. Not happy at all. We left after an hour of arriving.

It's fine, clean . But they only offer one towel so aei I'm not happy with that
