The conference venue was poor with the bathrooms too few for the number of delegates. There was no-one to clean up. Tea, coffee and supper was late. Rooms were really very poor. With a little bit of attention, this could be a beautiful place.

It is a very nice place for just 1night, we went there as a family of 3,wife husband and our son. Admin guy was friendly the only thing that didn't sit well with us was the TV it's only Sabc 2,3 and Etv and it was not even clear, and also we only had 1 bottle of 350ml warm water because there was no fridge in our room also mind you we were 3.we ask the kitchen they couldn't help us and we were all so thirsty and their bar was closed. We hope if we gonna go back to have a better service

During a 3 day business trip I became acutely aware of the renovations the hotel underwent. Since my last visit renovations was underway and the long wait finally arrived. The spacious restaurant area left me in awe. It was easy to menouvre around and the visibility of the kitchen through the windows placed the hotel in a league of its own. The highlight of the 3 days was the "old train" converted into a London scenery/platform. Remarkable indeed. Your choose of paintings provided an ambiance out of this world. Albeit, 3 things that prevented a 5 star award. 1. The rooms down the 312 corridor has a very disturbing echo when other guest talk and disturb the peace. 2. The catering can improve by providing a larger desert menu and morning condiments for breakfast. 3. Provide carport parking especially during the rainy storms or hot summer days. Being a loyal guest for more than 10 years I have witness your positive improvements. Lastly, a shout out to your wonderful staff from maintenance who ensured that my room is provided with a bar fridge for the safekeeping of my insulin to a smile from the receptionist. Keep it up and may you grow from strength to strength. Indeed, I see forward to my next visit. Mr Engel

I attended the Valentines Day dinner in the Perron 8 coach. Visiting from joburg. It was such an incredible and elegant dining experience. Chef David and Patricia went out of their way to ensure we had a great time, food and presentation was on point :)!

I had a beautiful stay.the only challenge was outside the rooms is not clean.i don't know if it might be ,because of lot of trees. And the was a room dinner service.wooow I was impressed by the chefs.the food was very delicious and the creativity of presenting the food . Keep up the good work

I've booked for the consultant to stay at the lodge, however, she was at the lodge for a few hours and immediately book out again. She did not even stay over for the night, that is how bad the overall experience was. You guys need to do maintenance to your premises as soon as possible otherwise you going to lose more clients. Bath dirty, TV not working, Wi-Fi not working, spiders in the room, The roof in front of the door busy collapsing. She also did not feel safe at all. Very disappointing. The photos on the website and the actual place you see on arrival is not the same. Definitely not worth the money they charge you.

I really liked how helpful the staff was at the place, if you had an issue, the cleaning staff addressed it for you, didn't need to go to reception to complain. The breakfast was good, we did not know that you had to notify them in advance of dietary requirements but there are other restaurants not far from the hotel. The rooms was clean and serviced daily. The pools were nice. There was no alacarte menu to order from at the restaurant. Pricing is quite reasonable at the hotel with breakfast, I would recommend this place for your stay in Rustenburg if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation.
