I bought a piece of fish at the Dainfern outlet this evening. Waited half-hour while other customers who came after receiving their meals. I had to ask and then they gave me someone else's fish.
The cashier never had change and I left without my change. I tried phoning when I got home but that number is useless.
This is not my my first bad experience there. No management control at all.

The fish was not cooked through still very pink and was rotten, giving my daughter and I food poisoning. In addition we received a small portion of hake when ordering medium portions. I would strongly recommend not ordering from them.

Sent my boyfriend at Fish always was there 15 minutes before closing time he gave them the phone as I wanted a specific order I spoke Sibusiso. Few minutes into the conversation she gave the phone back to him and told him that she can’t take my Oder again coz they closing ... Time was 08:50pm ...Was so shock and disappointed as I always buy food there!!!

I called around 20:00pm to place an order i was told that delieveries end on 19:00 i said i will come n collect. When i got there apparently my order disappeared i had to play again an order . my order come it was wrong I've waited for them to do the right order. Dainfern square i wasted my airtime i had to pay parking ticket for being too long. I got home 22:00 thou i arrived there 20:36

There's only Fishaways. So thank goodness they deliver on crispy fried seafood, perfectly grilled dishes and decent chips. Keep it up!
