Was nearly convinced to go for Jolion as in low price it shows great feature.. But was wondering how they are managing on such rate and offcourse cautious as its Chinese brand. Thanks to all people sharing your experience. It saved me not to go for it. Hope Haval will action and improve itself to get better client experience.

Bought a new haval Jolion, late last year, unfortunately I had an accident, upon my surprise haval has no parts available in South Africa which is really frustrating, an inconvenience to people who buy their news cars. It's been 2 months since the accident and the car is still not fix due to no parts. I honestly won't advice anyone to purchase the new jolion you can't predict the unforseen circumstances of an accident. Currently I'm paying for car which is parked waiting for parts that are not in South Africa. My Biggest question to Haval is why sell people cars that you don't have parts off. Please help me understand.

I own the new Haval Jolion( Manual). The Car has not yet even reached 1st service, but I noticed some burning smell from the engine.Instead of the dealership assisting, they taking me back u0026 forth. I love the car so much, but very disappointed with the service. They are only nice to you when you purchase the car, but when you experience challenges, they don't want to fix their own car. Very Very disappointed. If only there was an option, I was going to rate 0 star.

EDIT: Haval SA contacted me to let me know the car would only be here towards the end of January 2022. Our car was never allocated to Little Falls for Nov 2021 as promised when deposit was paid.

You are making your dealers look like idiots! We ordered a car at the beginning of September and was told, using info received from head office, that the car would arrive in November. The car isn't here and the dealer can't get any info out of you guys as to where it is.. Terrible, terrible service! Was there an Ayers Grey's H6 Luxury on the ship that docked two weeks ago that was allocated to Little Falls?

so disappointed by the service i receive. Trying to phone numerous times today and no one seems to want to pick up a phone. the after service is terrible. Here i am sitting without a car , after just 3 weeks a brand new Haval Jolion just broke down. how is this acceptable? if someone can just reply to my mails or pick up a phone!!!

Buyer be aware. After sales service I have received has been really bad, not willing to properly resolve my issues to my standard that you would expect when buying a brand new car, sad thing is that I love the Brand and used to think its great up until this point.

Ladies and Gentleman,

Buying a vehicle from this company? All I can say is do your homework, you get what you pay for. Their brand might be cheaper, but there is a reason for that. When you buy a R 330 000.00 car, you expect that it will give you many joyful kilometres. Not here. They do not even know how to repair their own brand and they have 200 excuses for every single thing. You will end up spending more in legal fees and repairs than the knock off is even worth. Stick to known brands who take accountability when their product is faulty. I had to add a star to post my review as it is a requirement but if you have to rate them -100 is more like the real rating.
