Quirky little hotel at Monte Casino. The staff are friendly and check in was super-easy on-line. There is a lovely patio overlooking the highway outside the lobby. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable (very luxurious linen too!). There is a lot of noise in the area till very late. There are no lifts so access may be difficult for those who don't prefer stairs.

Hotel is unique and very modern, liked that alot. Had a family room with two small double beds(definitely take larger bed option). So for the price you pay it is awesome location and value wise.
Only complaint would be noise, our room wasn't sound proof, could hear cars, music and people, but wasn't to bad. Especially at that price, well worth it.

Stayed here in Jan and come back again as we want to spend one night in Monte. Family are happy, super good and friendly staff. Love the design of the hotel, it is consistent with Monte Casino and modern - you can tell if the hotel is new if there are USB port next to the bed :) room is not big but functional. Kids are happy as they got 2 big beds and the room is bigger with only R50 more. Strongly recommended.

Well worth the price that you pay here. Modern and upbeat hotel. One would never say this is 2 star.
Family rooms are like R50 more but with a lot more space. Very conveniently situated in Monte Casino.

Will be back at any excuse. Note this place is often fully booked.

Someone on here said that we can't really call it a hotel and l agree. It's nice and cosy, the space itself has lovely art but the rooms are really tiny with no closets or place to put your clothes. It's a place to sleep and leave. Also consider the no elevator part if you get a room on the 3rd floor but the shower was nice and big

The staff is really friendly and accommodating. I booked for 3 nights at the hotel and only feel that the rooms need a mini fridge to keep water, etc cool. A microwave would also be great expecially if one stays for longer that 1 night. You do not always want to eat at the restaurants. Biggest problem was the noise of the club opposite the hotel. The music is pumping till 2h00 in the morning. Being on a business trip, it was quite annoying not to get sleep. (maybe consider sound proof windows for that side of the building) Rooms are neat and clean and no other complaints

Excellent hotel, clean, modern and very comfortable. Very well situated, easy access to Monte Piazza. We loved our 2 night stay, will definitely stay again.
