A bar staff in Marriott hotel recommended RocoMamas when I had craving for ribs but the main restaurant which serves ribs was closed due to COVID19.
Food ordered :
1. Beef ribs in Old school BBQ —— 4/5
: flame-grilled ribs, abundant sauce, yummy
2. Buffalo wings in Hot sauce ——- 1/5
: over-cooked wings, tasteless sauce(bad combination)
3. Fries (mistakenly ordered by the manager)——- 1/5
: Staff didn’t rectify their mistake and charged me for the item I hadn’t ordered. As the restaurant manager was processing credit card payment, he said, “I didn’t check your order properly, did I? Sorry. “ Instead of offering a solution like taking it off from my bill, he handed over a receipt to me saying “Enjoy your meal! Bye.”
Poor customer service is inexcusable.
Will I go back to RocoMamas?
: Most definitely NOT. Food quality are average. The way the manager handled the issue was arrogant, inattentive and irresponsible.
