Very sweet and lovely reception. It's more "granny's cottage" than Sandton chic... we were very welcomed but breakfast is instant coffee, sugary juice and sweetened yogurt, stained bath towels and not enough blankets on the bed in winter. But lovely people. Can't fault the service at all.

Really enjoyed this guesthouse. The owner is warm and welcoming. I found the rooms to be spacious and well fitted. When I am that side of the world, I will happily book there again.

We made an online booking and when we got there the place looks nothing as advertised it was very dirty and rundown the yard was unkept. We then asked to see the rooms before we make payment, the lady who received was very rude and impatient she was forcing us to make payment and when asked why the guesthouse was so unkept she kicked us out and told us to leave. Worst service ever!!

The ratings for this establishment are deceptive. It's run down. There is no WiFi. My guest was cold at night. The buzzer at the gate didn't work. I would never recommend it.

Comfortable and quiet. It's a lovely place to stay. The owner goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right.
