First day back at the gym after two weeks of closure during advanced level 4 lockdown and WOW! I must commend the staff for how clean and pristine the gym is. From the equipment, to the floors and all the way up to the windows, the gym is absolutely spotless. I have visited many virgin branches and this is by far, the cleanest I have ever seen any of them (including the classic collections) ???????? well done to the staff. You have outdone yourselves!

I signed up last week u0026 went to fetch my access card today. The staff was not very friendly so my 1st impression was not good at all. I was not offered a "tour" as it's my 1st day. I didn't see any staff on the floor. I am disappointed with the age of the equipment. I might need to change my club. The gym I left to join Virgin was way cheaper u0026 had better service u0026 equipment

VA will always be my home away from home when training and also as an Ex-employee.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Covid Regulations are in place. Constant cleaning of equipment. 5 stars guys well done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Poorly run gym with management that clearly could not care less for the customer. No notification for classes canceled due to power outages (not load shedding) Staff who's first line of defence to unhappy customers is to try lie their way out of the situation. Zero enforcement of so call hygiene rules in the club with customers and personal trainers who are not bothered about wiping down equipment after they have used it and right in front of the club staff who just walk past without saying a word. Without repercussion for one's action why would anyone abide by your rules?

I've only ever had good experiences at this gym. The staff are always friendly and ask how my workout went or what I'm training that day. They always have cleaning staff on all areas of the gym keeping it clean and making sure the weights/equipment is well sanitized. Love this place!

The only reason I come here is because there’s nothing else in the area. Staff are sub-par at best, equipment is old but decently maintained, music is absolute trash, cleaners are oblivious to anyone training. I hope this gets shut down and replaced by a neo-gym of some sort.
