The place is safe 70% and with different nationalities. One needs to be a little vigilant during the day and if you are new do not move around at night. If you are a foreigner be very careful, mugging and knife stabbing is sometimes done in broad daylight in front of kids and no-one can help during and after mugging or stabbing.
