The service delivery and reservations teams customer service is something to be desired
I booked a reservation, paid upfront for a specific room and was in contact with Jessy who confirmed everything was in order
Go to the hotel and my confirmed reservation already paid for was changed, I was given another room with a faulty aircon and falling apart furniture
Upon my discussions with the desk reservation team they stated they will discuss it with Jessy and come back to me, the rooms already allocated to someone else
Definitely not compassionate or a customer centric
Looks like I will be changing my hotel or choice, customer service is clearly not what it used to be
