Its bad, yes its late but they cant make us stand on the queue with only 2 cashiers while there is a kiosk where we can pay, from there they are busy talking to each other without trying to help up. Hows that even a customer service, dont you guys have floor managers who will always remind them that we are as important as them?

Tills dont have customers' screen. And that lack of transparency of what is been scanned. Prices cant be verified as exactly as I have seen them on shelves. At one point, the teller said beetroot I didn't even buy and correction was to be made. This is bad. At the door a security stops us to check our groceries and that's worse. I have the right to refuse u know. However I asked security what if the staff on the slip dont correspond with the groceries. He had no answer for me. Its time for change Choppies your service is bad.

I was disappoimted that we could not use shopping trolley to carry our groceries as security at the door said people who suppose to accompany us to return with it were not around , now i've made a decision not to shop there again

They sell fresh food, I first saw chippies in Carltonville n since then I been wishing we could have it in Virginia

Ooh the place doesn't have trolleys I don't think I'll go and buy there anytime soon.
