Honestly, the staff at this Edgars go the extra mile. Octavia and her team helped us so well that we were in awe. Nothing is too much for them. Great service and will honestly keep on shopping at this Edgars just to be able to deal with Octavia and team. Well done!

Very disappointed this morning. Spent lot of time choosing a duvet inner and new fitted sheet. At counter, after quing for a while, was informed no edgars cards can be used. Why not tell you that when you enter the shop and not waste your time

Paid my account in full via EFT after one month to date it is still not reflecting on my account. I have phoned, emailed and done everything in my power to get Edgards to assist me to no avail.

Cannot contact store. None of my 22calls were answered this morning. Tried to contact Palesa Aletta who helped me on 26/11/2020 with problem to close my account. GLODINA TAYLOR 6008150123106868

Not happy at all my account was debited with items I didn't buy or receive. I'm very angry and disappointed in Welkom Edgars. The cashier made me pay more many. I am super disappointed.
