Quick service at the tills even though there was a long que. Friendly helpful staff. Shelves were nicely stocked there were some items out of stock with covert being the culprit. But nothing too serious. The staff did all they can to find out when the stock will arrive and even gave me a call when it did. Well done. Keep up the good work.

Went to game today to buy a tablet. One lady that works there were just standing there. I asked her if that was the price of the tablet and and instead of just answering yes or no she told me she was buzy with someone else. I asked her again just tell me yes or no and she snapped at me again. The staff are unprofessional and rude

On arrival at Game Store in Welkom, sanitation was provided and no long queues. Well, I have been buying from the store for over years now. I witnessed all the small and major changes over the years. I was assisted at the hardware department and in a matter of minutes I was served. Customer service is on the rise at Game Store in Welkom and I am so pleased.

The floor staff are very friendly and helpful. But some of the managers can do with some training in customer service and professional service. Some of them are truely rude and makes you feel like they dont care about the customers needs. Stocknos also always an issue especially when something is on special.

Bought a stove. Although staff was helpfull admin took more than a hour to get the stove released. The loading staff was not very helpfull and expected me to help with the loading

Long waiting periods for getting the correct staff in certain departments to assist you. Units on display are not removed when out of stock. Retail training clearly needed here so have patience when shopping here.

Waited for over 20 minutes to get someone to just help me so that I could buy a fridge, only had 1 person attending that section and he was not very good at his job....to say the least. Eventually left the store, paid more for the fridge at another store but I prefer not to support incompetence.
