Very poor. The rooms don't deserve the ???? starts they said they have.
1- the bed sheet are not ironed.
2- the rooms are not clean.
3- the wifi is too poor loses connectivity all the time.
4- the blankets are smelly. Old and not changed on regular basis.
5-the coffe. Sugar. And powdered milk are too old even if you shake them they don't move at all.
6-the bathroom is ????????????
7- gate uses one remote and all the time you need to go in and out you will need to look for the person who's having the remote to come and open for you.
8-DStv losses connection all the time.
9-kitchen - ???? ???????? there is always smell that comes from the kitchen all in the morning. Midday or at night. Even afraid to wrm up my food.
10-the chairs in the rooms are not so comfortable to sit.. Felt like was in high school.

Upon arrival struggled to access the guest house. Once inside the property there was no one to assist us. The photos of the place are very miss leading. Eventual phoned the owner only to be told we must go to another property because this guest house was full. We then struggled to get out of the premises. This guest house does NOT deserve any stars None. So we eventually decided to go to find alternative accommodation where we were welcomed like we should have been. I intend taking this matter up with booking.com on monday.

Ijoo ????the guest house is not well kept, breakfast don't bother, one old towel for 3 sleeper room. We were stranded and there was no accommodation around.

I stayed here six weeks. I had a lot of demands regarding my diet ext. Monica (the owner) went out of her way to accommodate that. I lovely person with a hands on personality.
Very pleasant stay.

It's a good place actually I went to book a room for one of my friend but unfortunately the was fully booked

What a disaster, no hot water, not complying to Covid standards. In short it is a very poorly maintained guesthouse.
