Firstly their sales people service is poor, the first day I entered the shop I requested service the sales guys were on the floor but when asked to be assisted they looked at each other. The sale was eventually done but the follow up of the sale was of the poorest nature I have ever experienced. I had to phone the sales person to hear if all was in order. This happened two weeks before Christmas, after the holidays still I was not phoned I eventually phoned only to hear the sales person went on leave. He tried to assist and told me all was in order and we need to pay deposit but nobody informed me. When I eventually went to pay deposit the sale was canceled and had to be done all over again. Management and sales staff are not interested in customer service. I suggest they all need to go for training and peoples skills training. I'm very dissapointed that was not what I expected at all. and the
