I needed to replace an odd-size run-flat tyre on my car and could not find any run-flat in the right size nor the right brand anywhere; not even in Bloem. The sales lady, I cannot recall her name, was extremely helpful in finding a suitable replacement to get us mobile. Kudos to her!
