The Maintenance is horrible, Machines often broken. Staff is not helpful ect.

Equipment is very outdated and old. Treadmills are in very bad condition. Staff were friendly and helpful, pool is also in good condition.

Frans is the best personal trainer.
Equipment and machines need a serious upgrade. Every other Virgin Active has the latest and best machines and equipment.

Really Bad!! When there is loadshedding, there is no ventilation. You would think a big company like Virgin Active would have big generators or solar.

Thevswimming pool is amazing! The furst floor equipment is great but second floir equipment needs maintenance and up. Which needs to do regularly and done professionally. They can take a page from fitness factory in Taiwan to be the best
