Absolutely love it, lovely facilities, friendly staff, very inviting and accepting. Not competitive at all unless you are pushing to win, just a great way to start your Saturday.

Very neat sportsgrounds.
Two laps 5km timed run.
Good toilets.
Flat course.and elevation gained only 11 meters.
Very friendly volunteers
Well organised.
Strongly recommended.

Great route. Not too over-crowded. Doubles up the same route but easy enough for any beginner or a family exercise.

2 lap parkrun.
Flat road and almost all of it is paved. Perfect for some pram running.

Start at 8 o clock.
Entrance from Volks roads.
