Doors to most of the rooms are not working properly, this place is not maintained but it is a beautiful place,with unfriendly staff and hygiene wise it's a no. The stove inside the house is not working, no globes that are working outside the house in the braai area and jaccuzi, the place look abandoned by its owner and he doesn't care about the customers????

They gave us a dirty bedroom (previously used and not tidied up) with no towels. They couldn't even give us a toilet paper roll. The bad is worn out and uncomfortable. The house looks decent though.

Extremely Bad,the service poor, they dont comply with Covid19 rules, there was no hand wash ,soap,toilet paper, towels,dirty linen they don't change linen. There's no daily check routine.pools where dirty,no breakfast The owner didn't even bother to come and discuss the matter with us,on our arrival. We even without left without seeing not even to call if we are okay.we call many times he never pitched. And he doesnt have a good communication and hes not reliable.we had to buy ourselves sanitiser and hand washes. That place needs inspection from Health Department.

This place looks very nice on the photos, but it's in desperate need of maintenance!
The electric plug arrangements in the rooms are very stupid. You need to place the kettle on a couch to boil water.
Doors don't close or lock properly.
Broken glass shelves in the bathroom.
The so called Jacuzzi is broken and. . .
The beds are like they come from a previous honeymoon suit - it's all pap and will guarantee a sore back the next morning.

Sorry guys, but a 2 out of 10 from me.

Secure safe parking, stunning rooms, very clean. Bed and pillows so comfortable, slept like a baby. Zanele is the perfect hostess. 2 night stay will return when in Westville again.

The place is so so nice, i had a wonderful weekend with my family there. The staff is so friendly they go out of their way to help you with whatever you need, day or night. ????????????????

I love this place because it is in the quiet place and it's very beautiful the rooms are so clean even their breakfast is nice????✔mama's lounge is the best????????
