Awesome settings, great views, friendly organizers and volunteers along this 5km run/walk. Definitely a challenging course will rate this a 8/10 for difficulty. However still a fun day out for exercise and getting fit.

Currently on hold due to the floods washing out some of the course. It’s being rerouted to be a single lap course and should start up again soon. Their Facebook page is apparently the place to monitor progress. It was a tough course as a two lap. And now it’s being billed as even tougher as a on lap zig zag up and down.

Beautiful Parkrun and certainly not the easiest. However it's very beautiful and scenic. The race officials and participants are very friendly and accommodating.

I'd give this parkrun an 8 out of 10 for difficulty.

But boy is it worth it!

The course is two laps through the Westville Country Club Eco Trail. It's a very well maintained trail with a few climbs and descents which make it a bit challenging. But it is definitely worth doing.

The volunteers are the most amazing people.

One of the most challenging local trail runs. Something for everyone. Come prepared to negotiate real obstacles like roots, rocks, loose sand, slippery bits, steep hills and decents, always a great run.

Great run in the woods. Not the easiest of course.
