Value for money tasty burgers. I had the bacon cheese with pepper sauce. Staff are friendly. Menu is great. Happy hour everyday.

Very poor service from this Blacksteer Branch. Waited at the door for almost 5 minutes before being seated. We then had an altercation with the manager who refused to give us his name. I would love it if someone from head office could get back to me so i could submit a formal complaint against the manager. I have pictures on my phone of the situation. I will never be heading back to this Blacksteer Branch again and I will be advising everyone I know not to support the arrogance which is present at this branch.

Food always good here. Great specials when they have them. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well worth getting food from here.

Loved it. Was so good to have the ribs. It has been at least 25 years since I have been to a Blacksteer. They don't disappoint!! Best ribs ever.

Fantastic. Prices are more than decent, good portions and delicious qaulity breakfast. Love the atmosphere.

Food is always good and the ribs, along with their special sauce is definitely the best in town. Service was really excellent and the Manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I can definitely recommend eating here.
