This is a great hardware store. And much more. I bought a battery for my electric fence energizer. I like the way they’ve adapted to the modern queuing system at the exit - when you pay. It makes sense and flows fairly and fast.

So many staff yet non help costomers security dont inform a customer to get a return slip from that department what a missing to return something had to walk up and down 2twice then to the funny back office and then had to wait again for the lady to get change for R50 rude cashier too in the middle guess it's on its way out like Pomona bild it !

Overall very good hardware, just some of the staff members don't have a clue what they are looking for, and very unfriendly, no customer service.
But I always get what I want.

Huge huge hardware store with everything under one roof...
Lots of staff, but 90% of them are unapproachable, unfriendly, slow to help you... they look busy, but busy doing nothing... and most things is overpriced... I could get cheaper at Builders and Mica. ????????

Bad experience ever......I lost my collection receipt at collection yard after paying all my material , the shop management told me they can't help me with another slip ,told them I lost it before collection also inside their premises but they didn't help me even their security system didn't want to,so I had to pay another money for the material..... the way they treated me I won't forget or forgive ???? no customer care
