Domino's Pizza Benoni Rynfield (Closed)

Shocking Service. Ordered my pizzas, paid with a card. I then decided to add a cinnamon roll, I said I'd pay cash, teller did not have change so had to ask the guy making the pizzas. I'm watching them from the front of the store, he walks to the basin and washes his hands to remove the dough and flour to get the cash out of his pockets. He then proceeds to the back but returns seconds later and goes straight back to working with the dough. I asked him to please stop and go wash his hands. He denied not washing his hands and proceeds to challenge me. He then gets an arrogant smirk on his face and discusses the matter with his fellow co-worker, they start laughing loudly referring to me as their new supervisor. This was my kids favourite pizza place, we order a lot here. I will never return!

We generally love the pizza's but had a bad experience now.. screen showed that our order was ready for 10 minutes and staff all saw us standing waiting as we were the only people there but they didn't call us. The man that was boxing the pizzas kept opening them and coughed over the food at least 3 times. So we don't even know if we want to eat these pizzas' now... ????

Absolute worst! I ordered 4 pizza's last night at 6:30pm. At 6:32pm, I was called to say that they had run out of Pepperoni, so I had to change two of the pizza toppings that I had ordered. At 7:01pm I was called to say that my pizza's would be delivered at 7:15pm. Nothing arrived. At 7:25pm I called the store to find out when the pizza's would be delivered. I was told the person was out side my house. I live 5 mins away from the Rynfield branch, no one was there! At 7:39pm I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager, I was told the store manager had gone out, I asked to speak to the owner and was given a random number. My pizza's arrived at 7:45pm an hour and 15 mins after they had been ordered. They arrived ice cold!!! This store is a joke

Ordered the Family Feast online with included desert. They neglected to give us the other half of the dessert. Called Customer Care just to receive a call an hour later from the shop saying they don't have stock of the icing and then promptly put down the phone before I could say anything. I once again had to phone Customer Care where Kamogelo was not very helpful at all saying I must speak to the manager at the shop (whom you can't call directly because you have to go through customer care???) the shop phones back after 2 hours approx 21:30 saying they will make us the other dessert and come deliver it. Then proceeded to do the exact opposite and never arrived. Disgusting service from the shop and customer care. Dominoes Rynfield you can rest assured that you will never again have business from my household.

Excellent pizza place in a relaxed mall setting, the interior is well kept and features a blackboard that customers can scribble their valuable street wisdom on, though it could use some sprucing up though, those red chairs look like complete dogshit. A covered area to eat outside would be great to appreciate the nice views around the store.

Domino's Pizza -Rhynfield is a quaint little outlet within Rhynfield Square ( an average sized mall) situated just off the old Pretoria Road which could be accessed from the N12 in both directions.

Their specials are very rewarding and should be ordered online or telephonically.There's hardly ever a "wait time" once you get there. Their pizzas are truly divine.

If you haven't been to a Domino's outlet before try this if you live in the vicinity and who knows ,it might become a regular at this place.

I really enjoy Domino's Pizza. The food is great, inexpensive and the staff is friendly. Another plus is that the food doesn't take that long so you can order and wait for the pizzas to come.
