Food was great.
Service was great.
Restroom was sanitized and clean.
Owner manager would greet and check on each guest.
Big difference post the new management.
It is SANHA certified halal/ halaal now.

Wow. What a meal. As you can see everything is gone. The burgers were excellent. Especially the carmalised onions thats on the burgers. The milkshakes were delicious. I can't fault anything here. The waiter Sifiso was professional and promotes the products well. Wow. Beyond my expectations.
Then the BBQ ribs was delish. Fall off the bone soft.
I encourage everyone to support this business.

A cut above other Rocomamas.

So Rocomamas is a chain and all of them have a similar offering but this Rocomamas is phenomenal. Excellent service and attentive waiting staff with wonderfully prepared food.

The only downside is their lack of craft beers.

3 of the drinks that I wanted to order, was out of stock.

Then when the Nachos came (the main reason we went there), it was SUPER disappointing.
NO cheese, yes ZERO cheese at all on the Nachos, and no Sour Cream...
Just some Tortilla Chip's with a bit of Avo, 1/4 diced Tomatoe and a disappointing other sauce that I cannot remember the name of. I mean can you even still call it Nachos?

Definitely won't be seeing us there again anytime soon!

Burgers and service is great, always greeted with a smile. Jyst stay away from the Nachos, the kitchen seemed to have changed the recipe, no cheese, no sour cream, instead you are given a runny cheese sauce on the side, absolutely terrible. No compensation for the terrible nachos even though the waiter acknowledged that the new receipe is not working and alot of people have been complaining.
