This place doesn't do returns, even though the stuff was brought 15 minutes prior due to a small mix up. Owner was unhelpful. The birds are kept in small cages, the macaws were sickly looking, some missing feathers and shivering. The prices were extremely over priced. Would not recommend, just go to Pet Zone which is in the same area. Which has better prices and selection.

Staff very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was shocked at the cut they gave my yorkie - the worst I've ever experienced. ????

Best grooming parlour. Betsy is always wagging her tail going in and loves cuddles from their groomers. Wonderful service.

I take my dogs here for grooming, despite the slight nick from the razor from time to time (probably from my dog being a bit difficult), I can say that I'm always happy with their work.
