If I ever give feedback on a place on google I say the truth!! I criticized Monroes years ago and it is still held against me by Sassy's Beauty u0026 Style's OWNER!!! When I walked in this morning the owner call the receptionist at the back and I could feel they discuss me!!! This is really not on. I will never recomend this salon!! She said I gave Monroes bad comments on google!! By principle I never ever wanted to go back there and I thought maybe things changed!! Give them a chance again!!!!!!!!!! To criticize a business or salon it is for their them to improve on certain things!!! Or to say thankyou it was nice doing business with you My experience was bad never again will I sit foot in that salon ever again!

Every appointment I was treated and spoiled. Once I had an issue with a nail peeling. They assisred me, without an appointment. Swiftly and with care. Love their nail techs. Love their nails. Happy returning customer.

Unfriendly slow reception, almost like they doing you a favor to assist (happens every time I go there). Only positive thing going for this salon is where it's situated. They need hands on management with a great positive attitude.

My worst experience ever!!! Could not be bottered to keep their appointments. Extremely dissapointing experience.Will never go there again . TERRIBLE
