Absolutely enjoy this place extremely much! Best hairstylest , tattoo artist and nail care all in one building with the most amazing women I had the privilege of meeting. thank you to Karen at Hairgoalz for my hair and Esmeralda my tat. Definitely worth checking out.

What a fun morning!
I was worried the 4am wake up would not be worth it, but it absolutely was.

I did the FitBox class (first one is free) and got to meet a bunch of new people or varying fitness levels.
Although it was my first time, I felt very welcome and the others were quick to help when I got stuck. The coach is really great too.

We trained with the windows open and the fans on, which created a beautiful breeze.

The facilities are clean and well maintained. I'll definitely be back soon :D
