Wish I could put -1 stars. Very quick to sell you stuff but then fail to answer phone calls the ENTIRE day and when I do get hold of someone at head office they say they'll call back and then don't. All I want is the washing machine I bought yesterday and no one can tell me where it is.
Appalling service. Sies!

I will make sure every single person I know will never go to this Game ever.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. 2022/03/15. Waited for about 10 min at electronic department with no one on the floor to assist. Cornered a lady who came from the storeroom, she referred me to a gentleman who was willing to assist, but the store did not have the item as advertised....
Decided to get some other small items as I'm in the store anyway.
Stood in que where there were only 2 cashiers on duty, working at a pace slower than a snail on valium, and assisting patrons who jumped the que.
I put my items back and left the store and will never ever return as I will not waste my time and money at this "business" ever again.????

We went in to buy a Geezebo, Johannes had zero customer service, he told us it was his knock off time and left us at the gazeebo station. Im appalled at the service we received if i could rate zero stars i would.

Store is well organised with some of the workers go out their way to assist the clients.Plenty parking good security.Queue is well managed.A suggestion to maybe introduce a pensioner/disability queue for the elderly and sickly ones that cannot stand long.

Never opens on time. Opened at 9:46am. When supposed to open at 9am. Unhelpful or informative.
