The service was great, very friendly and humble staff who kept on checking on us. It didn’t take long for the food to be served but I wasn’t sure about the quality of the food, I ordered the Warrior Combo. The sauce used on it just seemed off and tasted different - more like a gravy. I have been to over 40 Spurs nationwide and I know how the normal sauce looks and taste so this one was just off. The three stars are for the staff and service received. Nice kids play area, I would definitely take my kids there but not for the food.

I actually should not even give a star did and order. Got a messag from informing me my delivery is one it's way......then got another message saying that the driver was replaced. I tried phoning but no answer. Still have not received my order.

And no thanks. You already me feel hungry once. Even after I paid for it.

Food was good, but the steak was over saucy, could barely taste the steak.
Service was not good, waiter was struggling.

So my family and I went to Spur lunch today (11 November) the service was good but the food. Oh my word it was so bad. I ordered a calamari starter and the calamari rings were rubbery, the onion rings soggy and the portions were small.

The manager tried resolving the issue by getting us another batch of calamari but it was still the same.

I have never tasted food that was that bad at any Spur I've been to. It was a waste of money so disappointing.

Gave this spur a try last night and was pleasantly surprised. We had the pleasure of being served by a trainee, on her first day of waiting, who took extra care of us. We ordered a variety of items for starters and mains but we were unfortunately too full to try any of their desserts. All items ordered were fresh and perfectly cooked. It was also nice to see the manager’s involvement in making sure we were well taken care of.

I had the "Unreal Breakfast " @ R 34.90 ! Excellent value. Good service too.
