Very friendly service from staff and the owner, and effective communication letting me know that my booking was confirmed and providing all the relevant information eg. the location, WiFi login and times they operate.
I was satisfied with the room, knowing that I took the most basic option.
Minor snag was the bathroom light that needs to be repaired, but this I'm sure will be dealt with expeditiously.
Parking was a tad cramped.
I'll certainly make use of Moye guesthouse again.

Despite a confirmed booking, as well as an attempt by myself to to pay, and giving my credit card 3 times, they canceled my booking with no apology or explanation. Very unprofessional, they chased me to another hotel, instead of trying to remedy the situation. Not happy with the experience.

The most welcoming services you can ever ask for. Staff and owner are hands-on, polite, very respectful and friendly. The images on their page is exactly how it looks in real life. Very safe, pleasant and comforting environment. Would highly recommend this to any one, weither you are traveling or just popping in.

Shower and toilet inside the room has no door. There's only a curtain separating bed from shower and toilet. I didn't bring my own coffee sugar or milk as I was assured coffee and sugar and milk available in the passage outside. It never gets topped up. Staff is unhelpful has a attitude. Thin old duvet on bed. Heater works but not warming the room. No kettle or fridge inside the room. Parking limited. Owner didn't pay back deposit as promissed. She was accusing us of smoking inside the room. She was aware my husband smoked inside the room but didn't notify him or complain about it for 2 days until booking out to use as a reason to keep deposit
No Guesthouse name appears on the building. Doesn't have a guesthouse feeling. Its asif living inside a strange house with other people. Sorry wouldn't recommend this guesthouse

I had a change in my business travell plans, have to be in Pretoria tomorrow, tried to cancell one night and was told i need to give a 30 day notice.
And thats not the only reason, look at the pictures i add.

So i got a reply from the people at the guesthouse, i was told that i did not look at the total package, that there are more expensive rooms available, even with mini bars...wow, thank you. Your reply to my complaints about no hot water, let alone warm water, was because i did not pick a more expensive room, also the reason i complained about poor service was because i didnt pick a more expensive room from their website....i am glad to know that the cheaper room i picked had smelly sheets and no warm water and a dirty shower, because i did not pick a more expensive room...thank you Moye Guest house...i will definately make sure that NO-ONE i know, ever comes close to your establishment.

Amazing stay. Everything in order. Very helpful staff and the owner is hands on. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
