As motor-home travellers, we are not used to guesthouses. This one was pleasant u0026 affordable. The owner upgraded us at no cost - much appreciated.
Facilities were neat and clean. The warm aircon took the bite out of a very cold Freestate night. The strange shower (!) was very hot u0026 spacious.
Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Very accommodating couple. It does have a backpacker's feel but, without the stuffiness and shabbiness. There is a communal bathroom for about three of the rooms but, that never was an issue. I was upgraded on my second night to a cottage with it's own kitchen and ensuite, and cable plus AC. Even if I wasn't, I enjoyed the clean and private environment.

The friendly hosts went out of their way to see that we spend a restful night in a quiet and peaceful environment. We will definitely return.
The breakfast was excellent! It was a blessing to have the privilege to spend the night in their home.

Funky Bu0026B with a unique style. Hosts Valmei and "King" William fantastic hosting skulls. Make you feel at home immediately. Breakfast available at R60.00. Bu0026B have bathrooms en suite. Backpackers share bathroom across courtyard. My place of accommodation in Bloemfontein.

We required a place to sleep overnight. I phone, whilst on route to enquire availability. The lady confirmed, they have the lighthouse available. However then we came there, we were not welcome! We phoned several times ,the phone was not being answered, hooted outside the place, but was totalling ignored. It's sad, as we in need of safety for the night. Traveller's.

Thank you very much to the owners of At Sixty Eight who very generously made a room available late at night to my hubby and kids travelling from Jhb to PE. Even at a special rate. They were so happy to get a warm shower and had a warm comfortable night's sleep. XXX

Wonderful place, very warm loving atmosphere. Home from home. Clean,neat rooms with large outside shaded barbecue / Braai place. My stay was very relaxing. Will visit again.
