Had a lovely stay. Rooms were lovely and clean. Friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was divine. I must mention in particular the great service from Amo, she exceeded expectations with her friendliness and willingness to make our stay memorable.

This place is disrespectful.

1. There is no microwave. I arrived at 2 a.m, exhausted and hungry and found no microwave to warm up my food.
2 . The bathroom towels are supposed to be dazzling white if you choose a white color but mine looked like they were washed with dirty water.
3. The shower has got no shower head.
4. There is no iron. At check in you get asked if you are traveling for business abd the answer is yes. So I must wear creased clothes?
5. Whoever was preparing my room got the dovet cover on the wrong side. A duvet cover has got buttons. The end with the buttons is supposed to be at the bottom part of the bed Why was it done wrong? Why was the end with the buttons on the side of the bed? No maan this place treats people like we are illiteraate or we are not used to things. You cannot do that to a person after charging them R750 per night.

My R750 was a waste. I am offended. We don't do things like that to our guests in Cape Town.

I never love the place from outside. But that one was super marvelous. Keep it up your service. The team work is awesome.

I loved the tranquil location. From the balcony one can see the N1 and the beauty of Bloem with the city centre skyline, without hearing the noise of the highway. Its ideally situated for someone who appreciates silence, while loving easy accesibility to key points
