Please stay away from their business section. Really horrible service and I am still trying to sort out their mess two years later. Will never use their services ever again

I was very disappointed with the service I received from the two Sotho ladies. I hardly understand the Sotho language and after I was waiting on the wrong queue for more than 45 minutes they first asked me what I was there for. Later another one translated in English and then I had to wait again for another 30 minutes.
If there was one irritating moment of them all, it was when someone was busy with me while in her cellphone at the same time.

Only 5 staff on site to help all customers. Waiting for 45 minutes already.

I was verbally attacked by one of their customers. Security guard and manager did nothing. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
