I rated 4 stars for the lovely meal they are selling but the customer service was not on point ???? my boyfriend ordered a fanta Orange and they gave him Grape instead without checking with him first when he went to change it they said there's no fanta Orange they were supposed to ask him first because he wanted something else if the one he wants was not there and also the person who was offering the service was not so customer friendly.

Staff rude and not at all in the mood to be there. Chips still raw and burger cold. Would not recommend this branch if it was the last place to eat in Bloemfontein.

The service is bad. Only one person helping out for orders and collections. She isn’t friendly neither.

They forgot to process my food and that made me late as I was on lunch. Otherwise the food was great when I ultimately received it.
