Coffee was standard , did not order anything else as didn't feel welcome, not a great feeling when spending your hard earned money on dining out. Just had coffee will not return.

I visited them t o claim my cappuccino complementary to first time App users. The place is clean and has a beautiful unique design though its inside the mall Mimosa but it's close to the entrances. The cappuccino was great, waitors are really friendly and welcoming.. They are also digital savvy I would say????which impressed me as this is still a challenge to a few restaurants.. I would definitely go back again, n it's a nice place to visit if you working from home..Covid-19 protocols are observed

Very poor service and utterly rude staff that act as if they are doing you a favour. Coffee was very very terrible as well as the wrap I ordered. So disgusting that it went straight into the trash after one sip. Would not recommend this Mugg and bean branch to anyone. Very disappointing since Mugg and bean is a go to spot. But never again. The staff needs to be retrained on proper etiquette., ????????

-: I had a great time here. It is open spaced with freedom to move around. Their All day breakfast is definitely the best, a 10/10! Their staff is very welcoming and will keep checking up on your table, even if it's not the waiter or waitress that initially served you.
You should try their coffees, they are the best!
I would definitely recommend for a small outing with family or friends.

What a bad experience at Mugg u0026 Bean at Mimosa Mall.
When we sat down the waitress Lucy took our order and when she brought the order she didn't bring all. When we asked her about the rest she got rude and told us we didn't order. When I told her we did order then she said that she didn't hear. When we paid the other waitress just came and didn't even ask if we were done eating she just took the plates eventhough I was still busy. I've never seen such bad customer service, I even just gave them the coffee I was busy with. I am a frequent customer at Mugg u0026Bean and I must say this one will never see me again and I won't recommend it to anyone I know.

Tsebang was my waiter and was professional and to the point.
Thabiso, manager of the store, also followed up on the quality of the service and the salad thar I had was really good!
