The staff are friendly and very patient. We were R200 short on our total and they waited for me to go and get extra cash from ATM. Products are good quality.

I paid for items on their website on the 16th of July 2021, then after phoning a few times to enquire where it is they eventually told me today that it was delivered to the new Mr Price Home store at Mimosa Mall on the 26th of July yet I never received an email or sms to confirm this. When I went into the new store today the 2nd of August, they kept me standing at their damn counter from 15:50 until 16:30 when I chose to walk out! All of their staff was hunting for my parcel, checking in files until I told them to phone their call center using their own cellphones as their store phone is not yet connected. Their call center confirmed that the parcel was delivered to their new store so then who signed for it? Solve the problem quickly but oh no! Very bad and shoddy service! I demand a refund!

Extremely poor attention to detail. Went to the shop to buy some things, paid for my stuff only for me to get home and find half of the items I paid for where not in the bags. Like I went into the shop to pay a ridiculous amount for plastic bags. Why do they have packers behind the tills then? Now I have to make an unplanned 2hours trip back there. Very disappointing

What a bad experience visiting the Mall try to purchase shoes from Mr Price lady check on the system there is plenty of stock but store is over stock she won't be able to look for it to many shoes she referred me to another mall cause she dont have time to get the right size what an experience and service if i knew customer service this bad its a shame worst staff ever

Product not in store, staff unable to tell when stock will arraive. Very poor service in store.
