On availability of stock and cleanliness I can not fault them (5 star) but when it comes to staff and their willingness to help and go the extra mile I give them a (1star) therefore the total of 3 stars. I also am not referring to all departments but in particular to the bathroom department. Very dissatisfied customer. Feels like the person I spoke to had no passion for his job and also really should bot be working with and assisting people.

A great place. The staff is friendly and efficient. I've held back one star due to the fact that the staff on the floor were not clued-up as to where the rechargeable light bulbs are located in their workplace.

Worst service ever! Also not very nice of you to mock the 92 year old guy that gave you a 5 star by mistake knowing that he intended to give you a one star. Let me help him by geting 10 friends to give their honest reviews...

I don't know if I will ever order online again. Definitely think twice about it and add 2 weeks to the delivery date.
Original delivery date was 26 March. Delivered on 13 April

Never had a problem shopping in store

Pathetic... 2 customers in front of me also complained.
No staff to help... They will stand around talking to each other.. No help!!!! Wrong pricing on a quote. Walking up and down to fix it....

Nice big place. Good deals day to day and specials. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can recommend options and they have a big variety of paints and othet equipment power tools and building equipment and supplies. If you feel like changing your home or just looking for a DIY project builders can help you with all your needs.
