I booked two rooms. When I phoned to make the booking the reception did not inform me that breakfast was excluded. Upon check in nothing was said as well.
The Saturday morning I went downstairs at around 7:15 to check what time breakfast will be served. The lady informed me that breakfast was served between 8 and 9 BUT it wasn’t included in our price. She also told me that it was now to late to book. She said it was clear on the invoice (which I only received at check-out).

I find this unacceptable at a guesthouse that is supposedly 4*.

When we left around 8:30 the breakfast area was still empty so I have a suspicion that the staff avoid suggesting it to guests in order to lessen the workload.

Great accommodation, very neat and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful, just extremely noisy. The breakfast was late and that delayed us quite a bit. There is not enough parking, we couldn't get out one morning, again delaying us. The delays were extremely inconvenient as this was a business trip.

I got more than I bargained for.
Clean and beautiful rooms. Professional and helpful staff. Lovely environment and area and a beautiful garden.. I recommend ????????

First time stay at this guesthouse. This is good example of the perfect guesthouse. Staff are very welcoming,rooms clean and very cosy. Breakfast is awesome.

Keep up the good work guys. Will definitely be back.

Place is very neat and beautiful. Family room is really good for a family. Affordable, closer to shops, in a quite and peaceful area. Staff is friendly. We will definitely come back

Stunning rooms with the best service from the great people. Nothing is ever to much. This should be an example of what Guest houses should be like. Everything works as it should. Thank you Castello and well done.
