I booked the place for 16 adults for a weekend and God the place is so nice and clean... I really do not have much to express how happy I am but I'm satisfied,that makes my group as well.To the lady that owns the house, shut out to you and your lovely character.

Good Day.... I am sorry and I am dissapointed that the Truth of my review and experiences come not right to you..... We stayed for a whole week at Heidi's Place Guest House..... We enjoyed it there and that was the reason why we stayed there...!!!! Even my photo's I put on my review for the people can see how peacefull it is there.....!!! I said also that even the guesthouse is on the emergency side of the Hospital.... It WAS VERY QUIET....!!! THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE AND THE OWNERS..... ALL OF THEM WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL.... !!! Genuine We had no Complaints... only nice things to say..... My wife have grade 4 Cancer and she liked that quietness and peacefullness there.....!!! We tell many people about that guesthouse....!! Thank you......!!

I enjoyed staying there and this is my review:

Cleanness: 5 Star
Room comfort: Feels like home
Room decoration: Excellent. 5 Star
Service: Awesome
Friendliness: No obligation. 100% Natural.

The following was in the room that I rented for 1 night (only for myself):
Microwave, Closet (with hangers), TV with dstv, free wifi, Fridge / Freezer, Cutlery (not plastic), ensuite bathroom (shower), Queen size bed, proper air-conditioning with remote, kettle, coffee, table with chair (to sit and eat or work on laptop) and 2 bed lamps. I tested everything except I didn't use the shower (No specific reason).

I was really impressed. There was a clean swimming pool, a few meters from my door but what I found the most interesting about this swimming pool was that it had 2 BIG inflatable tubes (adult size) pumped up, already floating and ready to be used by adults or children. It just shows how much effort they put into making your stay pleasant u0026 enjoyable. This proves that "Great acts are made up of small deeds"

What I enjoyed the most was the cool air-conditioning in the room.

I see the owner rated their guest house as a 2 star but it's definitely incorrect. I would say 4 star. 5 Star if food was included.

I do have a suggestion: When I arrived and the security gate opened, even though there was a board showing "Reception", I didn't know where to park. My advice to the owner or manager would be to greet the visitor outside and show him / her where to go.

My vehicle broke down in Beaufort West and I was stuck at an average lodge for 11 days. The 11 days would have been so enjoyable if my vehicle broke down close to this awesome guest house!

Overall rating: Wow!

Had a wonderful overnight stay, the room's are beautifully decorated as well as design, as a family that always pass Bloemfontein, we had found our overnight destination for future trips, no more the old spot???? Heidi s place we will be back!!????????????

My review is based on Simon. Wow, wow and wow again! This young man understands what customer service is. We are still there at the time i am writing the review. My father was critical in the hospital and i just loaded up our pets and came from Frankfort. I searched online and called at around 22h30. He was wide awake and helpful. When we arrived a few minutes before 23h00 he was ready and waiting. Simon was courteous and welcoming. Not enough yet? Now hear this. On Sunday morning we rushed off to the hospital. My Dad was crossing over. He could rest and kept sesrching for something. I called Simon with a weird request. Please make a short clip of the brown and white dog Lucy, my Dad was searching for his beloved pet. He did this with a generosity of spirit i have never experienced before. When i asked mymy Dad to see the clip his eyes immediately went to Lucy and he visably relaxed. Not too long after he peacefully drew his last breath and stepped over. This little act of kindness can never be appreciated enough. Simon, you Sir, are a gem. Thank you very very much.

We arrived late but the staff was friendly and accommodating and left early the next morning. Rooms were clean bathrooms HUGE and spacious and the coffee station had rusks that was delicious. Will definitely make use of this place again for an overnight
