We had to sleep over unexpectedly (vehicle problems on move day from Jhb to the Cape) in Bloem and found Petro extremely helpful (after hours) to accomdate our family.
She genuinely went above and beyond and made us feel right at home! Thanks for coming to our rescue and for the top service!!

The place is really filthy, after spending some time in the room we noticed that the place and bedding especially was filthy. It was late , we were traveling and had no where else to go. Luckily we brought a blanket , however it was not enough and there was no heater so we had a tough cold night. The shower was spraying all over the place. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken. We were ready to get out of that place. There was an animal farm smell outside and it got very noisy at night. Especially w.r.t the pandemic, infection control and Cleanliness should be a top priority.
It seems like another case of small town syndrome.

Very clean place. Our beds had a heating function. Very quiet surrounding as well as very friendly host. Only negative was the shower, as the shower head is mounted too low and I (183cm) had to kneel a bit to be able to rinse my had. Shops and restaurants are nearby as well

Easy location - off N1.
Fridge, TV, kettle, crockery and microwave there. Friendly reception
